well this is the finished product! to say that I am happy with this piece isn't even close lol I am so proud of the horse and wings and water and trees, just everything QuQ
this is a character for a player on EV, she requested a Andalusian Pegasus with purple tips on the wings but it didn't look right so I just made the markings purple and highlighted. I like how the 'splash' paint marking came out as well(; also she has the ability to control water, which explains the waves (;
there are a few little quirks that i will probably edit later, but for now I am tired
